Our 3-Day Refund Policy:

You have 3 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return and refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Refund:

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the refund within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

– Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
